What information about you do we collect? This website collects your name, email address and your message from our Contact Form which is located on the Contact Ann Shakespeare page. This information is used to respond to your query and not for any other reason. The details you provide to us through the Contact Form will not be added to our Mailing List unless you ask us to or agree to a subsequent request from us in this regard.

This website also collects names and email addresses from our Mailing List subscription form, which is located in the footer of our website. By subscribing to our Mailing List, you are by definition asking us to provide you with updates as and when such updates become available. Currently, we send out updates on a monthly basis, as specified on our website. We will send you such updates to the email address you provide to us. You can cancel your Mailing List subscription at any time by contacting us through our Contact Form  or by clicking on the “unsubscribe from this list” link at the foot of the monthly newsletter.

Transactions: For ease of use and transparency, purchases of our materials, including books, are transacted through the Amazon website portal. Please note that purchases made through the Amazon website are transacted in accordance with the published terms and conditions outlined within the Amazon website. Disclosure to third parties: The information you provide us through this website will never be shared with third parties, other than Royal Mail, without your express and prior consent.
