What information about you do we collect? This website obtains basic information – such as your name, email address and telephone number, and your message – from the contact form when you provide it to us. This information is used to respond to your query and not for any other reason. The details you provide us through the contact form will not be added to our mailing list unless you ask us to or agree to a subsequent request from us in this regard.
We also collect names and email addresses from our Mailing List subscription form, which is located in the footer of our website. By subscribing to our Mailing List, you are by definition asking us to provide you with updates as and when such updates become available. We will send you such updates to the email address you provide us. The information you provide us is stored securely on Microsoft OneDrive. You can cancel your Mailing List subscription at any time by contacting us through our Contact Form or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Data is also collected by Google Analytics – see our Cookies Policy, here.
We will also obtain your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number when you purchase an order from the website. This information is only held for as long as necessary to process your order and to send you an electronic receipt of purchase via email. Your details are stored securely in the interim and are permanently deleted 30 days after we receive electronic confirmation that your purchase(s) have been delivered and signed for.
Disclosure to third parties: The information you provide us through this website will never be shared with third parties, other than Royal Mail, without your express and prior consent.
Your information, your rights: Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018, you can access and receive the information we have, correct or update it, restrict its use, object to us storing it, ask to have it deleted, or complain to a supervisory authority such as the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
